Contracting is extensive, yet flexible ensuring the exact contractor will be available for your unique needs. Exceptionally experienced and qualified specialists make up our strong support team. Most of our consultants have pedigree backgrounds in their specialty areas, in addition to their hands-on experience.

Permanent Placement excels in today's difficult business environment. We are aware corporate resources require a strong cost to benefit their Return of Investment (ROI). Xyon Business Solutions offers different pricing packages allowing our clients the flexibility to choose which fits them best.

• Tier One-Normal 20% Fee
  Flat fee for those clients who wish to evaluate every resource available. Within this tier, the client can work with as many other recruiters as desired, picking the exact candidate that fits their needs. If the client chooses a candidate from another agency, no fee is payable.
• Tier Two-Discounted 25% Fee
  Discounted flat fee for those clients who wish to exclusively utilize Xyon Business Solutionsyon’s search team, while also looking themselves. No other agencies are allowed to conduct the search, yet there is a time limit for Xyon Business Solutions to complete the order. A discounted fee will be charged if Xyon Business Solutions places the candidate. If the client finds a candidate through their own personal efforts, no fee is payable.
• Tier Three-Maximum Discounted Fee 30%, Guaranteed Placement
  For those clients who wish to free up time, while enjoying a DEEPLY DISCOUNTED FEE, Xyon Business Solutions will conduct a guaranteed placement search. Xyon Business Solutions is the only entity searching and ANY candidate whom is hired will generate a fee from Xyon Business Solutions.
• Contract to Hire
  For those clients who desire to know the candidate PRIOR to extending an offer, this option is for you! Xyon Business Solutions will locate a perfect match and then contract that individual to your organization. After the trial (contract) period is over, if both parties are in agreement, an offer will be extended. A fee will be built into the contract rate and placement fee.
