This role’s primary responsibility is to implement and support our customers. This means learning customer’s requirements, configuring and supporting customer’s software integrations. Becoming proficient with software applications customers use. Taking calls and holding screen-share meetings. Writing lots of emails, chat, documentation and self-guided help articles. Recording walk-through videos. Solving tricky technical problems. Working with internal software engineers and some amazing software partners. If this sounds like a role for you, read on.

About You:

  • You are empathetic, love helping customers, figuring out and solving problems.
  • You are a self-starter and work with minimal supervision.
  • You have basic project management skills and can run projects start to finish.
  • You are very meticulous, persistent, dedicated and obsess over details.
  • You are excited to learn new software and passionate about technology.
  • You have experimented with code, perhaps tried some JavaScript, or used an API.
  • You have jumped into logs, JSON data, and troubleshoot HTTP requests.
  • You love to write. Writing specs, requirements, help docs, diagrams, emails.
  • You share the belief in why”we are doing what we are doing.
  • You are looking for a small team, early stage startup where what you do truly matters.

In this role, you will:

  • Work with customers to translate their business need into specs.
  • Use our SaaS platform to configure elegant and reusable software API integrations.
  • Work directly with customers and software companies.
  • Learn nuances of many business applications and become an expert them.
  • Get a unique understanding of business challenges and solutions to them.
  • Own customer implementation and ongoing support customers.
  • Write how-to articles, record video walkthroughs.
